Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before engaging in any services provided by BlueB express.
By booking our auto transport services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following terms:

Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the provision of freight brokerage services (“Services”) by BlueB express (“Freight Broker”) to its clients (“Client” or “You”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Services
2.1 Freight Broker acts as an intermediary between the Client and transportation service providers (“Carriers”) to arrange the transportation of goods. We will use reasonable efforts to connect you with suitable Carriers and facilitate the transportation process.
2.2 Freight Broker does not own, operate, or control any transportation equipment, and we do not provide transportation services directly. We are solely responsible for arranging the transportation services on behalf of the Client.

Client Responsibilities
3.1 The Client is responsible for accurately providing all necessary information and documentation related to the shipment, including but not limited to the type, weight, and dimensions of the goods, pickup and delivery addresses, and any special handling requirements.
3.2 The Client must ensure that the goods are properly packaged, labeled, and compliant with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
3.3 The Client agrees to provide accurate and timely payment for the Services rendered by Freight Broker in accordance with the agreed-upon rates and payment terms.

Carrier Selection
4.1 Freight Broker will exercise reasonable care in selecting Carriers to transport the Client’s goods. However, the ultimate decision regarding the selection of a Carrier rests with the Client.
4.2 Freight Broker does not guarantee the availability, performance, or suitability of any specific Carrier. We rely on the information provided by Carriers but cannot guarantee its accuracy.

Rates and Payments
5.1 Freight Broker will provide the Client with a rate quote based on the information provided. Rates are subject to change based on factors such as market conditions, fuel prices, and carrier availability.
5.2 The Client agrees to pay Freight Broker for the Services rendered based on the agreed-upon rates. Payment terms will be communicated to the Client and should be adhered to promptly.
5.3 In the event of any additional charges or fees incurred during the transportation process (e.g., accessorials, detention, or storage fees), the Client is responsible for such charges and agrees to reimburse Freight Broker accordingly.

Liability and Insurance
6.1 Freight Broker will make reasonable efforts to ensure the safe and timely transportation of the Client’s goods. However, we shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, or other claims arising from the transportation services provided by Carriers.
6.2 The Client acknowledges that Carriers are responsible for cargo loss or damage while in their possession, and any claims or disputes regarding such incidents should be directed to the Carrier.
6.3 It is the responsibility of the Client to obtain appropriate cargo insurance to protect against any loss or damage during transportation.

Confidentiality
7.1 Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the provision of the Services confidential and not disclose it to any third parties unless required by law.

Termination
8.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice to the other party. Termination will not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued prior to termination.
8.2 In the event of termination, the Client remains responsible for any outstanding payments owed to Freight Broker for Services rendered prior to termination.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].

Amendments
10.1 Freight Broker reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client in writing or through the Freight Broker’s website.

Entire Agreement
11.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, discussions, or representations, whether oral or written.
